 I installed Xcode 13.2.1, then the associated command line tools with
 `xcode-select --install`

 Apple clang version 13.0.0 (clang-1300.0.29.30)
 Target: x86_64-apple-darwin20.6.0
 Thread model: posix
 InstalledDir:
 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin

 If this is too old, then where/how do I get a newer version?
