Comment (by mascguy):

 Unfortunately it looks like ARM builds are now failing with rpath
 disabled. We'll see whether that also affects non-ARM builds as well.
 (Though `zvbi` did build and run just fine on my 10.13 installation. And
 `ffmpeg` is still working just fine as well.)

 We may need to add additional configure arguments as well. But we'll see
 after the buildbots catch up.
