Comment (by ryandesign):

 The ports that linked with libisl.22.dylib need to be rebuilt as I
 explained in comment:2. Selfupdate and upgrade outdated. For gcc6, you
 need @6.5.0_7. For gcc7, you need @7.5.0_3.
