 Yes.

 My personal method of dealing with two {{{libiconv}}} versions was
 creating {{{/opt/local/lib/liconv/libiconv.tbd}}}, and pointing app builds
 that need linking against both Macports and system stuff to
 {{{-L/opt/local/lib/liconv -liconv}}} first. An ugly workaround, but it
 works...
