 How on earth do you even install 10.6 on PPC?
 Didn't that creature almost complain in the absence of the then-latest-
 and-greatest 64-bit Intel processors?

 We cannot add port health unless someone installs a (semi)official builbot
 worker.
 That said, we also lack 10.5/ppc, 10.5/i386, 10.4/ppc, 10.4/i386 (and
 maybe some 64-bit ppc), all of which seem more relevant than 10.6/ppc.
 Your stats shows up though. See
 https://ports.macports.org/port/bzip2/stats/ for example and check macOS
 version 10.6.

 I don't think there's anything else that could reasonably be done at this
 point.
