 By the way, the lines I changed were in the [https://github.com/macports
 /macports-
 ports/blob/740fa8784a5d9e5826f18e5a569311844d4a2ed4/lang/python39/Portfile#L127-L129
 post-build phase]. I realise my terse diff was probably confusing as this
 {{{reinplace}}} can appear in both phases depending on the Python version.
