 I don't see where the openssl PortGroup comes into play on this (and if it
 is needed, I think it's a really bad idea for us to have random different
 ways to specify dependencies for different ports and we should fix things
 so that they work without openssl having to be special/different from any
 other dependency) - @markblackman it would be great if you could open a
 new ticket with details (and attach a main.log from a failed build).
