Comment:

 Murray, the problem in your log is unrelated to this ticket. I see
 undefined symbols and I see the use of libtool, so you are probably
 experiencing the well-known macOS 11+ libtool-related bug, although I
 thought I had fixed it in #60794. Please file a new ticket.
