 message to use “Closes: ”.

 However, the PR has been merged and closed. It had ”Fixes: ”.

 A few questions.
 * Does the “system” automatically close tickets that have “Closes:” in the
 commit message? What about ”Fixes: ”?
 * Now that the PR is merged and closed, what steps should we take?
