Comment:

 Looks like this issue is back with PHP v7.4.14 on OS X 10.11.6. It seems
 to just be the PHP74 port itself though as I am only seeing the issue on
 the command line. `sudo port -ns upgrade --force php74 configure.compiler
 =macports-clang-10` did work to get it going again. Best guess is that the
 php74 port didn't get updated with the clang 10 compiler and that is what
 caused it to come back.
