 For every file I try to process with the commandline 'rga SEARCHTEXT
 FILE', I get an error message 'FILE: preprocessor command could not start:
 '"/opt/local/bin/rga-preproc" "FILE"': No such file or directory (os error
 2).
 'which rga-preproc' returs an empty result;'sudo port install ripgrep &&
 sudo port install ripgrep-all' do not install the required binary on my
 system
