 On 11.2, MacPorts will look for a MacOS11.2.sdk, use it if it exists,
 tells you if it doesn't.

 But -- it still uses the MacOSX.sdk.

 That is not the cause of your failed bid.

 If octave is not building for you, plesae post up a ticket and a log. I
 updated Octave a while back, and it built on all systems when I did it....
 but that was then and this is now.
