 It looks like `port install` fails to detect MacOS 11.2 SDK command line
 libraries regardless of which package I try to install, which causes many
 to not build properly.

 This is a fresh MacOS installation which only a few packages installed.
 tmux, watch, rust, go. Packages that fail to build include, but are not
 limited to openjdk11 and neovim.
