 I tried install wxgtk-2.8 on Mac OS 10.8. It fails to install because of
 these broken ports:

      wxgtk-2.8 @2.8.12
      py38-sip @4.19.24
      py37-sip @4.19.24
 }}}


 This is what I saw:

 Error: Port wxgtk-2.8 is still broken after rebuilding it more than 3
 times.
