 makes sense, when I tossed it together I couldn't remember the switch
 value for arm - ARM or ARM64 or ...

 then again, this only triggers for dawrin >=20 - so if it's not X86 then
 it has to be ARM (at this point in time...)

 I think when I wrote the original patch, PAGE_SHIFT was still in the 11.0
 SDK for ARM.  Apple keeps changing things around with that add of
 PAGE_SHIFT_CONST - but PGSHIFT seems to consistently be there.

 Again, would be happy to test and hack away until I got the correct
 answer, I just don't have any Apple Silicone to play around with...
