 some versions of qt5NN-qtwebkit link against libjpeg without a declared
 dep, and so broke recently with the switch to jpeg turbo.

 sort out which ones do this, see which ones have been fixed already, and
 fix the ones that are still broken by revbumping if needed and supplying
 the dep as was done in qt5-qtwebkit
