 That error is quite self-explanatory. Something depends upon `llvm-7.0`,
 but this port isn't available on the `arm64` architecture. I can't tell
 you which exactly depends on it (at least not easily without a debug log),
 but you're essentially out of luck on that front.

 Usually, this happens if you upgraded from an older version of OS X (and
 MacPorts tree), which still depends upon older llvm/clang releases.
 Typically, switching to newer versions gets rid of that, but there isn't
 an easy `do that, this and that` step to upgrade. Rather, you'll have to
 juggle with variants quite a bit, which is... difficult.
