 To eliminate the conflict between opencv and opencv4, the latter now hosts
 *everything* in opencv4 subdirectories... including libraries. That way
 both ports can safely coexist, and dependent ports only need a configure
 flag to point to the new location.

 And I'd propose that we use the same approach here, for libjpeg-turbo:
 Simply host everything in separate subdirs. And since libjpeg-turbo has no
 dependents at the moment, the work will be trivial.

 This strategy will allow us to gradually migrate ports, with no mass-
 migration headaches. I'm even willing to make the changes, with Larry's
 blessing.

 Thoughts?
