 You folks are probably already aware, but figured we should create a
 tracking ticket anyway.

 In short, there are fatal errors during configure, on the 10.9 and 10.10
 builders. I only discovered this after trying to update ports on my 10.10
 VM, which resulted in an attempted source build of clang-10.
