 I would uninstall qt5-qtbase completely, then rebuild it.

 If that didn't work, and it was still moltenvk-corrupted, uninstall all
 qt5 stuff, remove any config code in your home dir, and then reinstall it
 all from the buildbot?

 then, when that works, if you need some part of qt5 built as debug,
 rebuild just that part.
