 MacPorts 2.6.4 on Catalina produces Ctags 5.8 with compiled features
 +wildcards +regex

 MacPorts 2.6.4 on Big Sur Apple Silicon produces Ctags 5.8 only with
 compiled feature  +wildcards

 Depending on regex, Big Sur Apple Silicon Ctags 5.8 is now unusable for me
