 `cairo @1.16.0_1+quartz+universal+x11` is now compiled and installed on my
 macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra system with XCode 10.1. The modified cairo
 Portfile of [2268b7cf23920f46c1cb75fb8fc17efd63d7451b/macports-ports]
 seems to have worked. Thank you Ryan!
