 I do on my 10.13 system and what we do on the 10.13 buildbot worker.

 As far as I know, there's no way to run Xcode-9 on newer MacOS. I don't
 remember if it started with High Sierra or later - but basically the OS
 just fails when invoking Xcode-9. I used to build Tokend for older
 systems, and this forced me to abandon it.
