 Hi,

 I don't have much to add, but I am available to debug this further with
 more instructions. I update MacPorts and ports (port upgrade outdated)
 quite often, and starting today the upgrade command segfaults with the
 following messages:

 user ~ % sudo port upgrade outdated
 Password:
 Nothing to upgrade.
 --->  Scanning binaries for linking errors
 zsh: segmentation fault  sudo port upgrade outdated

 }}}

 That is a first I have to admit.
