 re2 needs a cmake build to be used as a dependency for apache-arrow, the
 huggingface libraries, and others. See ​​https://github.com/macports
 /macports-ports/pull/7791

 The current re2 build does not generate the necessary cmake files and
 cannot be used within other cmake projects.

 The Portfile change is straightforward; I will submit a working PR.
