 `libgcrypt @1.9.0` finally built on `PPC Leopard, Mac OS X 10.5.8` with
 `GCC 4.2` and the two patch files `0001-global-fix-compile-error-at-
 pragma-GCC-diagnostic-MP.patch` and `0001-cipher-proto-remove-forward-
 typedef-of-cipher_bulk_MP.patch`. The C header file `/usr/include/spawn.h`
 on Leopard seems to suffice. I am going to run a `make check`…
