 This also failed on the 10.15 buildbot, with the same issue. However, I
 just tried installing on a 10.15 VM, and it built successfully.

 I checked the port for Soprano, which I believe (?) provides the parser
 plugin. But Soprano's portfile hasn't changed since 8/2020.

 Nicolas, any ideas...?
