 well you've done all the right things now.

 I suspect the clangs can be a minor decimal point different between xcode
 and clts (but not the generational 100s different).

 It might be thiat mpv won't build with xcode10 on 10.13. I will try it.

 Why it's not on the buildbot is unclear, but presumably we've run afoul of
 that ridiculous openssl license hiccup.

 I'll report back.
