 Here is a small attempt to get pulseaudio working on Tiger using the older
 CoreAudio API: https://github.com/evanmiller/macports-
 ports/commit/090411566b4aa5382df9f91edae2c1d954836cf0

 Haven't tested (since I just need it as a dependency), but compiles OK.
 Feedback welcome.
