 fails also with clang-7.0.

 Notice also how fluidsynth is not obeying the CMAKE_OSX_SYSROOT and is
 instead forcing an SDK, finding a 10.7 SDK I had added to Leopard to
 experiment with. Not sure if that is the new cmake behaviour, or
 fluidsynth doing that, just now.
