 Yes, the port is quoting the arguments wrong (i.e. not at all). We have
 successful builds of this port from our build system, but that was with
 older cmake versions.

 Starting in cmake 3.20.0, unknown cmake arguments are an error] rather
 than being silently ignored as before.
