 I'm guessing this ticket is still relevant in the sense the Qt4 doesn't
 build debug QtWebKit when 32-bit. That said, I don't know how we'd fix
 this, and as the vast majority of macOS is now 64 bit & Qt4 is barely
 used, I'm not sure how relevant the issue even is any longer.
