 P.S. After trying to update Ports, I now cannot run Python and OpenCV. I
 tried to reinstall my Python37 +OpenCV, but I get messages that it wants
 to rebuild:

 gegl @0.4.18+x11
 gimp2 @2.10.14+python27

 }}}

 which in turn need Poppler.  Also the following Ports want to be rebuilt
 when trying to install Poppler:

 inkscape @0.92.4+x11
 gegl @0.4.18+x11
 gimp2 @2.10.14+python27
 ufraw @0.22+x11

 }}}
