 Good catch, apparently there are a number of lua-* ports under devel that
 I wasn't aware of.

 Seeing as we now have a dedicated {{{lua}}} category, as well as a
 {{{luarocks}}} PortGroup (both of which the new lua-filesystem port uses),
 I propose we obsolete the one in devel and keep the one under lua. I'll
 submit a PR right now.
