 That by itself is not a problem. Its only a problem if they are used in
 certain ways. See the comments above that state clang built targettting
 11.3 worked fine at the command line on its own. It only failed when run
 through xcrun, which performs additional checks. Similarly the X11 server
 binaries only failed to start when run as an application. At the command
 line they where OK.

 The majority of ports will not be used in a way where this is an issue.
