 This is strange. I checked the contents of {{{py39-pyviz_comms}}} on my
 machine, and sure enough the situation is as you describe it.

 However, if I rebuild the package the missing file and directory tree are
 installed.

 There were some recent changes to the python PortGroup. I will revision
 bump {{{py-pyviz_comms}}}.
