 OK. Seems popular demand. For clang-12 v12.1.x, which is already tagged
 upstream, I will re-enable the analyzer, and everyone can just eat the
 PERL installation.

 TBH I thought this was more of a "You moved my cheese!" thing, but I guess
 some actually use this.

 I'm still trying to get clang-12 working on all our needed systems -- it
 does not yet -- and that takes precedence.

 If you have a suggested fix to make the analyzer actually work correctly
 -- I am getting the impression from your reports that it sorta does and
 sorta doesn't, but I am not sure what you are suggested fix is to make it
 work -- that would be nice, as shipping something that just doesn't work
 anyway is rather irritating.
