 libgcc7 built with no issue. Got as far as gcc7 itself this time, and then
 it failed with the exact same error. I've port cleaned, rebooted and
 started building gcc7 over. Let's see if it works this time. If it fails
 again, I'll pull a version from one of my other Tiger boxes like you
 suggested.
