 It does not seem to be the case. texlive-bin-extra was already installed,
 and the issue is reproduced. Furthermore, kpsewhich latex2man.sty does
 find it properly. Possibly the problems is due to  some repackaging in
 texlive, but I have not been able to identify where. I do not see how to
 section to identify the location.
