 I will be happy to give that a try.

 BTW, gcc9 works fine again on 10.7 as of yesterday, and gcc8 remains the
 recommended gcc version for 10.6 at present. I believe the openmp port has
 different settings than that at present, so might need some ongoing
 updates.
