 I think somewhere in all this, mpich-default tries to blacklist all the
 macports-clang-* compilers.

 I see this all as being massively over-engineered at present. Why are we
 making this such a holey mess???

 I just fixed my uber-simple mpich to work on PPC Tiger and Leopard as
 well, trivial patch.

 So that's every system now with one simple Poertfile.
