 I still see this problem, also the subGDK ones are doubly broken:
 {{{
 /opt/local/share/gir-1.0/GdkPixbuf-2.0.gir:             shared-library
 ="./gdk-pixbuf/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.0.dylib"
 /opt/local/share/gir-1.0/GdkPixdata-2.0.gir:             shared-library
 ="./gdk-pixbuf/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.0.dylib"
 }}}

 ie they have relative paths and the path is incorrect - both of those are
 in /opt/local/lib
 I tried editing the gir files to correct that but it didn't help.

 I have done selfupdate and tried building from source with
 {{{
 sudo port -sn upgrade --force gtk3 gdk-pixbuf2
 }}}
