 I don't think you need to.

 Although I have been trying to support our user base that uses these
 systems (it's a dedicated bunch, see the MacRumors forums), it was never
 meant to get to the point where people start getting angry about it and
 taking me on in a personal way.

 I have re-examined what I'm prepared to do to help people, and I am
 decommissioning most of these older systems.
