 I have recently done a bit of work, migrating as many ports as I could
 using boost to use the boost PG.
 These are the remaining ports directly using the old boost port

 These all (well maybe not the last one which I am not sure on its use)
 have issues that meant migrating over did not work 'out the box'. e.g. a
 number use the scons build system and I failed to figure out how to get
 that to use the isolated boostXYZ ports.

 We should try and figure out for each what to do. A number don't build,
 maybe on all OSes, so perhaps are not used and should be retired.
