 I uninstalled it again to get `upgrade outdated` to work again (thanks for
 the `-p` flag tip), but it was 4.3.2. I just tried installing it again,
 and it fails the same way.

 You're right that it worked fine before, and my confusion is exactly why
 it wants to update, since I thought it had been frozen. Perhaps a
 dependency has been updated that triggered the need for a rebuild?

 I'll attach the log to the OP — let me know if I should open a new report
 instead.
