 Warning: The macOS 11.2 SDK does not appear to be installed. Ports may not
 build correctly.

 This warning comes even though I have followed the instructions here:
 https://trac.macports.org/wiki/Migration
 and here: https://trac.macports.org/wiki/BigSurProblems

 in particular reinstalling MacPorts (to 2.6.4) and installing Xcode tools
 by hand download. Note that the correct version number for the Xcode tools
 is 12.4 SDK, not 11.2.
