Comment (by DanielSmedegaardBuus):

 Hello :)

 I'm completely new to Macports — only been here a few hours — so I have no
 idea how this is all supposed to go down, but I too am on 10.10, and ran
 into this error.

 I got duti installed by manually editing duti's `Portfile` to point to the
 correct SDK:

 `configure.args-append --with-macosx-
 sdk=/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/MacOSX.platform/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.11.sdk`

 And then doing `sudo port install` from the `macports-ports/sysutils/duti`
 directory.

 Thing is, this is clearly not the **correct way** to do this, but again I
 know very little about Macports at this point. AFAICT, @newtonne is the
 maintainer for this port? Or is it not being maintained any longer? It
 seems like this is a simple fix to make, but I don't know how, if, or who
 to poke :D

 Cheers :)
