New description:

 1. Trying to install kde4-kile
 2. Build fails with:
 {{{
 Error: Failed to build chmlib: command execution failed
 }}}
 3. I perform:
 {{{
 sudo port clean chmlib kde4-kile
 sudo port install chmlib
 }}}
 4. Build of chmlib fails

 log is attached.
