 Well all users are affected, not just me. See comment:12:

 I'm not sure what the significance of having wrong single `-arch` flags in
 those sysconfig values is, but why not revbump it to fix it? It's
 consistent with our guidance to increase the revision when installed files
 change.

 Ahh right.
