 The newest libc++ library and headers are now installed with the macports-
 libcxx port. All functionality is enabled.

 It works to enable the latest mkvtoolnix to work all the way back to at
 least 10.11. I haven't tried this port yet.

 I caution that in addition to confirming building, some attempts to
 confirm functionality of ports built against the newer libc++.dylib should
 be undertaken. Issues are possible. Early days as yet.
